Dog Boarding
• In the event that pet parents or the emergency contact or any other person you have authorized in writing does NOT pick up your dog on the upon checkout date, we have the authority to continue to provide boarding and any additional services at your expense.
• DOGS ON BOARD has the rights to take the dog to any third party adoption partner, animal shelter or attempt to find a new owner for your dog if the pet parent or the alternative contact refuses or fails to pick up their pet within 7 days post the date of checkout.
• We ensure that your pets are fully supervised but incidents of injuries may occur from playing alone or with other pets which will be taken care of by DOGS
ON BOARD.
• If your pet requires urgent/ critical/ immediate medical care and you are
NOT able to reach us, DOGS ON BOARD is allowed to contact any veterinarian or any other accessible vet clinic as deemed necessary and if required take the dog to vet or animal hospital. The expenses for this consultation and the treatment there of shall be paid by pet parents.
• Pre-inform if your pets behavior is aggressive towards anything or anyone.
• Provide Alternate contact details in case of emergency.
• Advance payment to be paid during check-in and additional charges, if any to be paid during checkout.
• Check out time should be between opening and closing hours, late charges will be added if pet parents fail to do so.
• Generate medical certificate (Allergies, ticks & fleas, etc) before leaving your pet.
• Provide your pets vaccination file before leaving your pet.
• Mention if your pet has any medical
history.
• Females who are pregnant or on heat are
NOT allowed.
• Address proof/ Aadhar card to be submitted during check in.
• Mention your pets routine if any.
• Only pets over 4 months and vaccinated are allowed.
• If the external parasites have to be treated /removed by our inhouse vets, the subsequent expenses for the treatment /application of any medication or grooming done at DOGS ON BOARD will be borne by pet parents.
Spa & Grooming
• Occasionally, Grooming Can Expose A Hidden Medical Problem Or Aggrevate A Current One. This Can Occur During Or After Grooming. All Medical Expenses For Veterinary Care, Due To These Problems, Will Be Covered By Pet Parents.
• If We Find Parasites On Your Pet Mid Grooming, We Will Stop Immediately, Your Pet Will Be Sent Home And You Will Be Charged For The Full Grooming. This Policy Is To Ensure The Safety Of All The Pets In The Salon And To Maintain A Parasite Free Salon.
• Dob Has The Right To Refuse Any Services At Any Time. In The Event That Your Pet Is Too Stressed Or Become Dangerous To Groom, Dob Has The Right To Refuse The Services Or Cancel Grooming Services At Any Time Before, During, Or After Grooming And The Pet Parents Will Be Charged A Grooming Fee (for What Was Done Up Until That Point.
• Because We Book On An Hourly Basis And Cancellation Can Leave An Empty Slot In The Schedule That Could Have Otherwise Been Used By Another Customer; We Ask That Any Salon Cancellations Are Made Atleast 24 Hours In Advance Otherwise Charges Will Be Applicable.
• Pre Inform If Your Pet Has Any Allergies To Any Pet Grooming Products.
• Pre Inform If Your Pet Has Any Behavioural Issues, If So He/she Should Be Muzzled Before Getting Him In The Premises
• Pre Inform If Your Pet Needs Any
Medicated Spa Treatment.
• All Pets Must Arrive On Leash And Should Be On Leash. We Will Not Take Any Responsibility Of A Pet Taking Off From The Premises.
• Any New Puppy, Being Served In Our Salon Must Be Upto Date On All Vaccination. Adult/senior Dogs Must Be Current On Rabies And Distemper.
Play with Dogs
• Kids Below 5 Years Of Age Are Not Allowed.
• We Take Immense Care That Your Time With Our Dogs Is Amazing But We Are Not Responsible For Minor Scratches On The Body When You Come And Play With Our Dogs.
• Maximum 15 People Allowed In A Group.
• We Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Your Valuables
• Outside Eatables Are Not Allowed
• Feeding Dogs Is Not Allowed
• Check Out Time Will Not Be Exceeded.
• In Case Of Rains The Session Will Be Rescheduled As Per Our Slot Availability.
• Only Pre Bookings Are Allowed On First Come First Serve Basis.
• No Cruelty Will Be Tolerated Inside The Premises, Anyone Caught Performing Such Activity Will Be Banned From Our Premises And Will Not Be Entertained Any Further And Strict Actions Will Be Taken Against Him/her.

• Pets are allowed with their humans inside the pool area. (only one parent)
• Pet parents are requested not to litter inside or outside the pool area.
• Slot once fixed cannot be changed.
• Dogs on board is not responsible for any accidents inside the pool area its the owner's responsibility to keep their pets safe.
• Only socialised dogs are allowed in dog pool socialisation.
• Only pre bookings will be taken into consideration.
• No food or treats are allowed inside the pool area.
• Pet parents should carry a dry towel to dry them after the swimming session.
